Therefore, women are juggling a lot on their plates by being mom, wife, business owner and often still working 9-5 jobs. This prompted us to realize women need not only business coaching or consultants. But they need to understand how to deal with the stressors that comes with wearing so many hats if they want to become successful in business. This is where business meets mental health.

Our Company policy: Our services are two way communication, we can't help you if you don't do the work to allow us to provide the services that meets your needs. If we began to work with you and we have done 25% or more of the work agreed upon, no refunds will be given. If you schedule one on one sessions and you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will reschedule, if you cancel 2nd appointment, you lose your spot, no refunds given and you would need to pay for the time if you want to work with us again. No refunds will be given once agreed upon work has been completed.
You will have access to all items included in your membership level as long as you remain a member and payments are paid according to schedule. Cancellation of your membership can be cancelled at anytime but once cancelled you will lose all benefits in your membership. No refunds will be given if membership is cancelled 1 or more days after scheduled payment. If membership payment is late, your membership will be placed on a 3 day hold and after 3 days if no payment is made, your membership will be permanently cancelled. If for any reasons during your membership their is an issue with you and our experts that can not be reconcil, your membership will be cancelled and again no refunds given. If you purchase any digital product and you download the item, no refunds will be given.
Heather D. Heath is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (Texas) who has over 10 years of experience providing individual, family, and marriage/couples counseling to individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Public Health at the University of North Florida and received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Webster University. Heather applies relational, collaborative, evidence based, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused approaches to counseling while always maintaining the awareness and openness necessary to beet meet their needs of every unique individual, family and couple.
Heather has been a board member with the Chasity Taylor Foundation since it's inception in 2015 where she serves as the Public Relations Director. She is also the Clinical Director of their counseling program called TAP (Trauma Assistance Program).
Heather is a cohost of the podcast "Mental Health Uncorked" which seeks to normalize mental health and encourage people of color to seek counseling services.
Latricia N. Taylor, is a wife, mother, grandmother and a Serial Entrepreneur with 10+ years experience in business and owns and operates 3 small businesses. In addition, Latricia is CEO/Founder of the Chasity Taylor Foundation, Inc, which is her pride and joy. Through her Foundation, Latricia and her team are making great positive impacts in their community.
Latricia is an Author with two self-published books and a Journal on Amazon. She also has several articles published in varies online magazines such as Sheen. Latricia operate a Consulting business "Back 2 Business Consulting" where she has assisted several new entrepreneurs start and revamp their business as well as provide book and business coaching and consultation.
Latricia was recognized with the following awards: 2019 ACHI Philanthropist of the Year, 2020 Fearless Woman, 2020 Game Changer, and nominated for 2020 Community Impact Leader award. Latricia has been featured in the online magazine Voyage ATL & online and physical magazine of UrbanCEO. She has also been featured on Local Radio, TV, Podcast shows including a Podcast in London.
Latricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Jones College, a Masters of Science degree in Administrative Justice & Security from University of Phoenix. Latricia is currently working to complete her dissertation for her Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership & Management. Latricia is also a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success.
